Deputy CTO
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Company that is operating in Jakarta, Indonesia is currently working on behalf of a Well-established Financial Technology company who is looking for Deputy CTO professional. This position will be reporting directly to the Finance Director and will be managing 2 subordinates.
The main roles of this position are to handle the overall Tax function within the organization, doing an internal Tax audit as well as developing a system of Tax integration across the business unit.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise day to day activities of IT team
• Responsible for team's KPI
• Handle technical and implementation duties, while strategies handled by IT Director
• Reports to IT Director
• ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs
Job Requirements :
• Degree holder in IT, Information System, or other relevant major
• Have people management skill
• Experience in handling projects
• Able to handle technical issues
• Technicalities used; Postgre, Linux, PHP
• Have experience in System Analyst and Project Management is a plus
