Head Of Procurement - FMCG
Job Description:
- Develop overall procurement strategy, to improve bottom-line, and service-levels as an internal business partner to other teams
- Oversee Procurement function pillars across Category Management, Procurement Operations (Source-to-Pay), and Procurement COE
- Monitor and manage team performance management and KPIs
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years working experience in the same position at FMCG Industry
- Bachelor degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
- Able to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Strong negotiation skills to obtain favorable contract terms and pricing from suppliers.
- Able to evaluate supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and manage supplier relationships.
- Able to work collaboratively with other departments within the organization, such as sales, marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
