Production Operator (Karawang Based) - Flavors, Fragrances, Food Ingredients and Health & Bioscience
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with A global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences Company, who are looking for talent for their Project Engineer. This position will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery and systems in accordance with company standards, ensuring consistent product quality, safety, and efficiency, and will be reporting to Production Manager.

Job Description:
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and perform routine quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and team members to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate and timely production documentation, including process logs and quality records.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and notify maintenance when necessary.
- Follow safety and hygiene regulations such as GMP, HACCP, and other company standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with production line operations and industrial machinery.
- Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food hygiene standards is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Production Operator in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of production processes and standard operating procedures.
- Familiarity with basic machine operation, preferably with semi-automatic or PLC/HMI systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- High attention to detail, discipline, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Willing to work in Karawang
