Job Descriptions:
- Oversee the company's recruitment process
- Design & modify the recruiting process
- Record recruiting metrics (KPIs)
- Supervise and monitor the recruiting team performance
- Make the recruitment process as efficient and effective as possible
- Make a forecast for future hiring needs
- Expand the company's network in the industry.
- Review and implement policies and guidelines
Job Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team (5 minimum)
- Has min 5 years of experience
- Used to handle massive recruitment (around 50 jobs per month)
- Fluent in English
- An overseas graduate is a plus
- Someone with Tech background is a plus
