Recruitment Manager/Head of Recruitment

Job Descriptions:

  1. Oversee the company's recruitment process 
  2. Design & modify the recruiting process 
  3. Record recruiting metrics (KPIs) 
  4. Supervise and monitor the recruiting team performance 
  5. Make the recruitment process as efficient and effective as possible 
  6. Make a forecast for future hiring needs 
  7. Expand the company's network in the industry.
  8. Review and implement policies and guidelines

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience in managing a team (5 minimum) 
  2. Has min 5 years of experience 
  3. Used to handle massive recruitment (around 50 jobs per month) 
  4. Fluent in English 
  5. An overseas graduate is a plus 
  6. Someone with Tech background is a plus
