AI Specialist / Data Scientist (AI/ML & Generative AI) - Karawang Based

This role is pivotal in identifying high-impact business use cases, designing AI/ML model architectures, and leading the full lifecycle of intelligent, scalable solutions from ideation to deployment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in machine learning, generative AI, and agent-based AI systems, with practical experience in prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration. Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and frameworks such as Pydantic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel is essential.

Job Desctiption:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges suitable for AI/ML.
- Translate needs into well-defined, outcome-driven use cases.
- Design, build, train, and deploy ML and generative AI models.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with governance standards.
- Develop and refine prompts for LLMs to improve accuracy and contextuality.
- Implement RAG architectures to integrate enterprise knowledge and real-time context.
- Design and manage role-specialized multi-agent systems using MCP.
- Define agent memory, interaction flows, and behavioral constraints.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure data readiness, quality, and compliance for AI/ML models.
- Explore and test emerging AI capabilities and frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in AI adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and operations teams.
- Communicate technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
- Maintain documentation of AI workflows, models, and system architectures.
- Provide mentorship and support to colleagues on AI best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on AI/ML solution development.
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions from use case definition to deployment.
- Experience in enterprise, manufacturing, or process-driven industries is highly desirable.
- Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries (PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
- Strong foundation in machine learning, NLP, and predictive modeling.
- Proven experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in RAG pipelines and semantic/vector search.
- Deep knowledge of multi-agent AI design with MCP.
- Experience with Pydantic AI or similar frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)
- Familiarity with Azure AI services and deployment pipelines.
- Bonus: Front-end experience with React.js for delivering AI-driven interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts.
