Anaplan Model Builder - Jakarta Based
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with High-Tech Multinational Company (Specializing in Defense, Aerospace, Cybersecurity, and Digital Identity Solutions) , who are looking for talent for their Anaplan Model Builder. This role requires a professional with a strong foundation in Anaplan modeling, who can effectively convert business needs into scalable, maintainable Anaplan solutions. The candidate will be responsible for both new model development and the enhancement of existing solutions to improve business performance and decision-making.

Job Description:
- Design and build new Anaplan models from the ground up, based on functional business requirements.
- Analyze existing Anaplan models and make improvements aligned with new business processes or technical requirements.
- Maintain and support deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and respond to queries related to data, access, or calculations.
- Ensure models are built in compliance with Anaplan best practices, including structured design and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal and/or client-side stakeholders to gather needs, provide updates, and ensure effective communication of model capabilities.
- Deliver clear and user-friendly technical documentation and user manuals.
- Propose improvements and model optimizations through thorough analysis and insights.
Requirements:
- Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building – including building models from scratch and optimizing existing models.
- Strong ability to interpret complex business scenarios and translate them into dynamic Anaplan solutions.
- Experience working on both project-based modeling and ongoing Anaplan model support.
- Strong analytical mindset with an attention to detail in modeling and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with integrating Anaplan models with data sources and systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving Anaplan model issues.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in translating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) is required.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with project coordination experience is a plus.
