This entry-level role is designed for ambitious individuals who will support the project team with on-site installation, cabling, testing, and commissioning of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV), ICT, and building automation systems. The role offers a flexible home-based working arrangement combined with active project site mobilization in Jakarta. Job Description:
- On-Site Installation Support: Assist the project team with installation, cable pulling, termination, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems (including structured cabling, access control, CCTV, and building automation systems).
- Technical Execution: Carry out basic equipment setup, cable routing, and troubleshooting on-site in strict accordance with construction drawings, method statements, and work instructions.
- Site Coordination: Support the site engineer or technical supervisor in day-to-day coordination, progress tracking, and identifying site issues.
- Documentation & Records: Prepare daily work updates, simple site records, installation photographs, and basic project documentation.
- Drawing Updates: Assist with basic drawing mark-ups or as-built drawing updates using AutoCAD under the guidance of the senior site engineer.
- Asset & Tools Management: Maintain construction tools, testing equipment, and site materials to ensure the working area remains clean, safe, and organized.
- HSE Compliance: Strictly adhere to all project site safety rules and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) requirements at all times.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Must hold a valid SKK (Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja) in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, Building Services, Mechanical-Electrical, Construction, or recognized equivalent.
- Minimum SMK/SMA, Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.
- Open to Fresh Graduates with a strong drive to learn.
- An advantage of 3–5 years of relevant on-site experience in ELV, structured cabling, security systems, or building automation projects.
- Basic ability to read construction drawings, technical layout drawings, and operating basic AutoCAD software (AutoCAD skills are highly preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and safe handling of basic hand/testing tools.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Basic Mandarin communication skills will be a strong advantage for direct coordination with international project managers and suppliers.
- High safety awareness, detail-oriented, and excellent teamwork attitude.
- Willing to work at project sites in Jakarta under a flexible home-based/site mobilization working arrangement.
