Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager for Real Estate Industry. To lead sales team and drive the growth of property sales division. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the real estate market, possesses exceptional leadership skills, and is passionate about exceeding sales targets. As a Assistant Sales Manager for Property, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement Sales Strategy:
  • Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, target customer segments, and competitive trends to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics to continually refine the sales strategy and optimize results.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, property developers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to maximize sales opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other tools to streamline sales operations, ensure data accuracy, and enhance sales productivity.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in property sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a Sales Assistant.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property sales processes, and customer behavior.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales software, and MS Office Suite.
