Job Description:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following company standards.
- Assist in bakery product sales by recommending and pairing beverages with pastries and food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle customer orders, process payments accurately, and manage POS transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering inquiries, and addressing complaints in a professional manner.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee, milk, and other supplies, and communicating needs to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Barista in a café, bakery, or food & beverage setting.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Pekanbaru.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and café equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends or holidays.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for food and beverages.
