BMS / CCCS Engineer (Jakarta Based) - Data Center, Engineering, Construction
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a leading engineering and construction firm specializing in high-tech critical infrastructure, who are looking for a qualified professional for BMS / CCCS Engineer. This role is dedicated to supporting advanced Data Center project implementation in Jakarta, focusing on the seamless integration, configuration, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Central Control and Monitoring Systems (CCCS). The position offers a flexible home-based working arrangement combined with active mobilization to project sites. The ideal candidate is a technical specialist with a strong background in automation and control diagrams, ensuring that critical data center environments achieve maximum operational uptime and strict K3 compliance.
Job Description:
- Testing & Commissioning: Support the end-to-end installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of BMS and CCCS systems specifically for data center infrastructures.
- Technical Document Review: Review and analyze construction drawings, complex system architecture diagrams, control schematics, and relevant technical engineering documents.
- Vendor & Site Coordination: Coordinate closely with third-party vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams to manage site installation, cable routing, device placement, and cable termination.
- System Integration: Assist in the critical system integration between field devices, programmable controllers, monitoring software, and associated building services.
- Functional Validation: Conduct thorough functional tests, point-to-point validation, signal verification, and localized troubleshooting during the commissioning phase.
- Project Documentation: Prepare accurate site records, compliance testing reports, punch lists, daily progress updates, and structured as-built documentation.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site execution works are performed strictly in accordance with project engineering specifications, method statements, and K3 safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical-Electrical, or related disciplines.
- 3–5 years of working experience in BMS, building automation, control systems, ELV, or large-scale industrial facility projects.
- Direct technical experience handling BMS / CCCS systems, field devices, controllers, sensors, actuators, monitoring points, and system-level testing.
- Proven ability to interpret technical layout drawings, control wiring diagrams, system architecture drawings, and complex cable schedules.
- Mandatory Technical Skill: Proficient in operating AutoCAD.
- Solid understanding of site installation, testing protocols, and commissioning procedures.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Basic communication skills in English or Mandarin will be a distinct advantage for international project stakeholder alignment.
- Willing to work at project sites in Jakarta under a flexible home-based/site mobilization working arrangement.
