Branch Manager (Jambi / Palembang / Semarang Based) - Cement Manufacturing & Building Materials
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Cement Manufacturing & Building Materials Company, who are looking for talent for their Branch Manager. This position will be responsible for developing distribution channels, handling sales presentations, maintaining customer relationships, managing sales reports, and overseeing branch operations including finance, sales, and warehouse activities.

Job Description:
- Establish and develop distribution channels within the assigned area.
- Conduct product marketing and presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Assist in the customer billing process and ensure smooth payment collection.
- Manage overall branch operations including sales, finance, and warehouse management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Branch Manager, preferably in the building materials, cement, or granite industry.
- Prior experience in the granite or tile sector is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong target-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of the local market and existing store/distributor databases.
- Ability to manage end-to-end branch operations including sales, customer service, and inventory control.
- Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Willing to be based in Jambi, Palembang, or Semarang areas.
