Brand Manager (Jakarta Based) - Shapewear and Skincare

This role will be responsible for leading brand strategy, managing the full P&L, and driving growth across both online and offline channels. This role oversees digital marketing, e-commerce operations, influencer partnerships, content strategies, and offline brand activations. The position requires a proven track record in scaling brands, managing large marketing budgets, and leading high-performing teams, with strong analytical and strategic capabilities. Experience in DTC beauty, fashion, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable.

Job Description:
- Lead the overall brand strategy and manage the full P&L for the company’s product portfolio.
- Develop and execute annual growth plans, budget allocation, and performance forecasting.
- Oversee digital marketing and e-commerce strategies across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and official brand websites.
- Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Shopee Ads.
- Manage influencer marketing and affiliate programs across micro, macro, and mega KOL tiers.
- Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram and TikTok to boost engagement and drive sales.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams (e-commerce, creative, performance marketing, KOL, content).
- Define KPIs and OKRs, build performance dashboards, and monitor campaign performance in real-time.
- Execute offline marketing activities such as brand events, pop-ups, bazaars, and community activations.
- Expand brand reach via B2B distribution channels and retail/reseller partnerships.
- Oversee visual branding, product storytelling, packaging quality, and campaign delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or e-commerce, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
- Proven success in scaling brands with significant digital and offline revenue.
- Strong knowledge of paid digital performance metrics and ability to collaborate with media teams.
- Experience managing annual marketing budgets over IDR 10 billion.
- Highly analytical with expertise in forecasting, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Preferred:
- Experience in DTC beauty, fashion, skincare, or FMCG brands.
- Familiarity with Shopee/Tokopedia algorithms, TikTok virality, and affiliate ecosystems.
