Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with an innovative Management Platform company in Jakarta, who are looking for talent for Business Development Executive Outbound. This role is a pure outbound prospecting position focused on generating high-quality meetings with HR leaders and People teams. This role plays a critical part in building the sales pipeline through cold outreach and professional networking, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the Sales and Pre-Sales teams. The position requires a high-energy, extroverted professional with a proven track record in cold calling and a deep understanding of the HR software landscape.

- Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound activities focused on generating qualified meetings with HR leaders, CHROs, and HR Directors.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Conduct proactive lead generation via cold calling, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and WhatsApp engagement.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify business opportunities to ensure a seamless hand-off to the Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
- Event Networking: Actively attend HR industry events and meetups to build relationships and initiate face-to-face conversations with potential clients.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a self-driven and proactive approach to building and managing a consistent sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in outbound lead generation or business development.
- Mandatory experience in cold calling with a proven ability to handle objections and secure meetings.
- Specific experience working within HR software, HR Tech, employee engagement platforms, or HR services.
- Proven ability to engage and build rapport with high-level stakeholders (CHROs and HR Directors).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly extroverted, comfortable initiating conversations with strangers, and possesses strong networking skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta and attend local industry events for lead generation.
