Business Development Intern - Talent Hunts Indonesia

At Talent Hunts Indonesia, we partner closely with premium clients across diverse industries to solve strategic hiring challenges through market intelligence and high-quality executive search delivery. We are looking for ambitious, proactive, and commercially curious individuals to join our internal team as a Business Development Intern. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to B2B sales cycles, corporate client acquisition, and the executive recruitment industry. Working closely with our business leaders, you will be responsible for market mapping, lead generation, and opening doors for new strategic partnerships. This internship is an excellent launchpad for anyone looking to build a high-impact career in corporate sales or talent advisory.

Job Description:

  • Lead Generation: Research, map, and identify potential corporate clients across various high-growth industries.
  • Outbound Outreach: Generate qualified leads through professional platforms (LinkedIn), targeted email outreach, and structured cold calling.
  • Database Management: Build, clean, and maintain an accurate, up-to-date prospect database to support the sales pipeline.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective corporate clients (HR leaders, founders, and executives) and the internal Business Development team.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct routine market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging hiring trends and market opportunities.
  • Sales Collateral Support: Assist the team in preparing professional proposals, pitches, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Activity Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of all active pipeline development activities.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or Fresh Graduate from any major (Business, Management, or Communications is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high confidence in speaking with prospective B2B clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn the mechanics of corporate sales.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple outreach tracks.
  • Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • English proficiency is an advantage for navigating global client mandates.
  • Willing to work under a hybrid working arrangement based in Jakarta.

Preffered Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an internship, university student organization, or part-time sales role is a plus.
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, CRM systems, or digital lead generation tools.
