Job Description:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market presence for the pharmaceutical company.
- This role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and negotiating agreements to support product commercialization and market expansion efforts.
- The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key decision-makers to develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, licensing deals, and distribution contracts to support product commercialization and market entry.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to assess market potential and inform business development decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development roles within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of success in identifying and closing business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
