Chief Growth Officer (CGO) (Jakarta Based) - Healthcare & Medical Services

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Healthcare & Medical Services Company, who are looking for talent for Chief Growth Officer. This role will be responsible for commercial expansion, orchestrating new service-line launches, multi-site growth strategies, and cross-hospital synergies. This role owns growth P&L, drives partnership development, leads digital and offline growth initiatives, and manages a high-performing team in business development, marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare commercial expertise, strategic agility, strong stakeholder influence, and a patient-centric mindset.

Job Description:

  • Own growth P&L and strategy for eye care, dental, and other specialty clinics outside core hospitals.
  • Launch new service lines and optimize existing ones to scale volume and revenue sustainably.
  • Collaborate with hospital management to identify and lead cross-hospital programs (e.g. shared referral pathways, bundled offerings, pricing alignment).
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and clinical teams to ensure consistent execution and scalable impact.
  • Identify and secure strategic alliances (e.g. corporate, insurers, B2B health programs, tech partners), leveraging on existing commercial
  • infrastructure of the group.
  • Negotiate and structure collaborations that amplify reach, access, and revenue.
  • Use analytics and KPIs (e.g. volume trends, conversion rates, service line profitability) to drive decision-making.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and scale high-impact growth levers, both offline and online.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance patient experience, accessibility, and loyalty.
  • Integrate technologies and service innovations to improve outcomes and engagement.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance growth team spanning business development, marketing, and analytics.
  • Engage internal (hospital directors, clinical leads) and external (partners, insurers) stakeholders to align goals and execution.
