Job Description:
- Reporting to GM of the company
- Handles safety system and procedures for 3 Factories
- Enforce participation in the implementation of management system such as SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 5S and other programs
- Ensure effective communication and coordination as Chief Safety to all Management Team and Safety Representative in each factory.
- Mantain safe, continuous improvement, efficient and cost effective in safety department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Technical Backgroud
- Min. 7 years of experience in HSE for Manufacturing Plant
- Age 40's
- English is a must
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Willing to be placed in Medan (Kawasan Industri Medan)
- Minimum attended training: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, 14001, SMK3, Halal & HACCP
