Customer Service Senior Staff (Jakarta Based) - Healthcare Industry

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a premium and expanding dental clinic group in Jakarta, who are looking for a highly professional and patient-centric Customer Service Senior Staff. This role is responsible for providing exceptional front-line service, managing patient relations, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position plays a critical part in maintaining the clinic's reputation for premium care by professionally handling patient inquiries, scheduling, and feedback. The ideal candidate will be a calm, detail-oriented professional with extensive front-office experience within specialized dental or healthcare facilities.

Job Description:

  • Patient Relations: Greet, welcome, and assist patients professionally, whether in person, via phone calls, or through email communications.
  • Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule, coordinate, and confirm patient appointments to optimize clinic operational flow.
  • Information Support: Provide clear and accurate information regarding advanced dental treatments, specialized services, and clinic policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a high level of empathy, maturity, and professionalism.
  • Administrative Operations: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and manage daily front-office administrative tasks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Online Marketing team to streamline operations and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or equivalent in any field (Higher education is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Customer Service / Front Office Staff (with a stable tenure of at least 5 years in each previous company).
  • Strong preference for candidates with a background in Implant Dental Clinics or premium healthcare centers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented under high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in operating computers and basic office software (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
