Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with an innovative Market Research Company in Jakarta, who are looking for talent for Customer Success Manager. This role will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the company’s AI-led research platform. This role plays a critical part in bridging the gap between client requirements and internal research execution, while driving platform adoption, account growth, and long-term retention. The position requires a professional with a solid foundation in quantitative research, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Job Description:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted long-term relationships and ensuring clients effectively adopt the Market Research platform.
  • Project Synergy: Collaborate closely with the internal consultancy and research project management teams to ensure end-to-end delivery from initial briefing to final report.
  • Quality Control: Monitor field progress, data health, and response quality, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions based on research best practices.
  • Client Engagement: Lead regular review calls to discuss insights and progress, capturing feedback to continuously improve the client experience.
  • Commercial Growth: Identify opportunities for repeat studies and account expansions, supporting the sales team in proposal discussions and contract renewals.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain precise project documentation, ensuring all project trackers, POs, and invoices are completed accurately and on time.
  • Product Collaboration: Share market learnings and client feedback internally to help refine and improve the company’s AI-led research offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Quantitative Market Research.
  • Prior experience in client servicing, consulting, or customer success roles is highly advantageous.
  • Strong fundamental understanding of various research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable and proficient in working with data, technical reports, and dashboards.
  • Ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable platform requirements.
