Job Description:
- Design and deploy cutting-edge AI and ML models to address complex business challenges.
- Integrate AI-driven insights into software products and business processes.
- Clean, explore, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets to derive insights.
- Build and refine data pipelines for training, testing, and fine-tuning models.
- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable model hosting and real-time inference.
- Architect solutions for efficient, secure, and reliable AI deployment in the cloud.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, enabling seamless integration and frequent iteration.
- Ensure reliable and automated model updates, testing, and version control.
- Continuously evaluate model performance, tune hyperparameters, and improve accuracy based on real-world feedback.
- Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code.
- Conduct peer code reviews to uphold quality and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers, share technical knowledge, and lead by example.
- Actively contribute to technical decision-making and AI strategy development.
- Tackle complex AI problems using creative and analytical approaches.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI models in production.
- Proficient in Python or R and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Experience integrating AI models into secure, enterprise-grade environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including client interaction.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI solutions in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Cloud certifications (AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud ML Engineer, etc.).
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced innovation-driven environments.
- Exposure to client-facing roles and business problem translation.
- Experience in low-latency or real-time AI systems.
