Executive Recruitment Consultants (360) - Jakarta Based

We partner closely with clients across Consulting, Financial Services, Technology, Digital Infrastructure, Retail, and Emerging Ventures to solve strategic hiring challenges through market intelligence, talent advisory, and high-quality executive search delivery. We are looking for ambitious and commercially driven individuals to join us as Executive Recruitment Consultants (360). You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle end-to-end—from business development and client acquisition to candidate management and successful placements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing decision-makers, and delivering impactful talent solutions in fast-moving industries.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Market Penetration: Identify and approach potential clients across target industries through outbound activities, market mapping, and networking.
  • Lead Generation: Convert opportunities into active hiring mandates and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Develop long-term partnerships with HR leaders, founders, and business executives.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct client meetings to understand hiring strategies, business challenges, and specific organizational needs.

Executive Search & Delivery:

  • Full-Cycle Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Conduct headhunting, talent mapping, and proactive candidate engagement.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Assess suitability through structured interviews and commercial evaluation; prepare high-quality candidate reports.
  • Process Coordination: Manage interview schedules, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.

Commercial Ownership:

  • Revenue Accountability: Own individual revenue targets and placement performance metrics.
  • Growth Initiatives: Contribute to market expansion and strategic growth opportunities for the firm.

Requirements:

  • 2–7 years of experience in Executive Search, Recruitment Firms, B2B Sales, or Consulting.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build professional relationships, and close opportunities.
  • Commercial mindset with high confidence in client-facing environments.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability in a target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a performance-driven culture.
