Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Bakery & Café / Retail Food & Beverage Company, who are looking for talent for their Finance & Accounting Supervisor, This role will be responsible for Oversee IT support related to finance systems including hardware, software, financial database safety, security, and disaster planning.

Job Description:
- Plan and control the company’s financial budget effectively.
- Prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting as per prevailing tax regulations.
- Provide accurate and informative management reports to top-level executives.
- Liaise with both internal and external auditors as well as tax consultants.
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed asset operations.
- Conduct business planning and feasibility studies for new business opportunities.
- Oversee IT support related to finance systems including hardware, software, financial database safety, security, and disaster planning.
Requirements:
- Strong integrity and leadership skills.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business.
- At least 5 years of senior-level experience in financial management.
- Proven leadership skills in managing finance teams and overall financial operations.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and making strategic decisions.
- Updated knowledge of Indonesian taxation laws and regulations.
- Proficient in computer literacy, especially finance-related software.
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, senior management, and external parties.
