Finance & Accounting Supervisor (West Jakarta Based) - Biodiesel Industry

Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a prominent company in the Biodiesel industry in West Jakarta, who are looking for a highly capable Finance & Accounting Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations, ensuring accurate costing, and maintaining rigorous reporting standards specific to the energy and chemical sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background in budgeting and taxation, with a proven ability to manage complex financial data within an ERP environment. This is a pivotal role in ensuring financial transparency and operational efficiency for our client's biodiesel division.

Job Description:

Financial Reporting: Supervise the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
Costing & Budgeting: Oversee production costing specifically for biodiesel operations and manage the annual budgeting process, including variance analysis.
Tax Management: Ensure all corporate tax obligations are met, including calculation, reporting, and compliance with the latest tax regulations.
Operational Control: Monitor daily accounting transactions, cash flow, and bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
System Optimization: Utilize ERP/SAP systems to streamline financial processes and improve data accuracy.
Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and ensure smooth audit cycles.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position (Supervisor level).
Mandatory experience in the Biodiesel industry or a closely related energy/chemical manufacturing sector.
Advanced proficiency in Budgeting, Costing, Taxation, and Financial Reporting.
Strong familiarity with ERP or SAP systems is a significant advantage.
Excellent analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Willing to be based in West Jakarta.
