Finance Accounting Tax (FAT) Manager (North Jakarta Based) - Retail & Shapewear Industry
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with a dynamic and growing Retail Beauty and Shapewear company in North Jakarta, who are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Tax Manager. This role is pivotal in leading the full spectrum of Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions, ensuring the company’s financial health, tax compliance, and operational efficiency across retail, wholesale, and import channels. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with advanced analytical skills, capable of providing deep financial insights to support management decision-making in a fast-paced multi-entity environment.
Job Description:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with PSAK/IFRS and provide deep-dive variance analysis.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage comprehensive cash flow planning, monitoring, and forecasting; optimize working capital specifically for retail, wholesale, and import operations.
- Tax Compliance & Strategy: Oversee all tax obligations (VAT, WHT 21/23/25/29, Corporate Income Tax); manage import taxation, transfer pricing documentation, and legal tax planning.
- Inventory & Procurement Control: Supervise inventory accounting (costing, valuation, reconciliation) and lead stock forecasting and reorder planning based on sales trends.
- Multi-Entity Management: Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities, ensuring proper documentation and elimination.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee import cost recording (landed costs, duties), wholesale accounts receivable, aging/collections, and end-to-end payroll processing (including BPJS and PPh 21).
- Internal Control & Leadership: Design and enforce effective internal controls and SOPs; lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the FAT team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA certification or Master’s Degree is a plus).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 5 years in a Managerial or Assistant Manager role.
- Mandatory: Brevet A & B Certification (Brevet C is a significant advantage).
- Proven background in Retail, FMCG, Import/Trading, Wholesale, or E-commerce industries.
- Strong expertise in Multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and Transfer Pricing.
- Proficient in Accurate Accounting Software, Coretax, and Omnichannel systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Financial modeling, dynamic reporting, XLOOKUP/Pivot).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations, PSAK, and import procedures.
- Experience in creating cash flow projections and stock forecasting.
- Strong leadership, high integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willing to work full WFO in Pluit, North Jakarta.
