Finance Manager (Garment Industry) - Based in Semarang

Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Present financial performance to senior management and provide insights for decision-making.
Cost Control and Optimization:
- Monitor manufacturing costs and analyze variances to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and ensure accurate stock levels.
Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow, including receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Optimize cash management processes and maintain sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
- Implement internal controls and risk management strategies to safeguard company assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Prior experience in the garment industry or manufacturing sector strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and financial software for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Solid understanding of garment manufacturing processes, cost structures, and supply chain management principles.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws relevant to the garment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
