This role involves strategic financial management, budgeting, tax planning, cash flow optimization, long-term financial forecasting, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance the company’s financial performance and sustainability.

Job Description:
- Supervise all financial operations and ensure accurate and timely completion of financial statements and reports.
- Review and validate financial reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, tax planning, financial forecasting, and long-term financial strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and enhance financial policies and internal control systems.
- Advise management on funding, investment, and financial planning strategies.
- Utilize financial modeling to predict business outcomes and support decision-making processes.
- Participate in business development by preparing financial proposals, conducting negotiations, and contributing to presentations.
- Proficiently use accounting software such as SAP or similar systems to manage and report financial data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic financial management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting systems such as SAP or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver accurate financial insights under tight deadlines.
