Financial Controller - Based in Karawang
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller Manager to join our client in the manufacturing industry located in Karawang
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets and ensure spending is in line with company goals
- Manage the company's cash flow and make strategic decisions to optimize cash flow and working capital
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks, and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and investors
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficiency in SAP product costing
- Willing to work in Karawang
