Head of Eye Center (Jakarta Based) - Healthcare & Medical Services

This role will be responsible for leading strategic development, clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and growth of Companies as a Center of Excellence. Job Description:
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic plans for the Eye Care Center.
- Build the positioning and image of the Eye Care Center as a Center of Excellence in ophthalmology.
- Identify opportunities for business development, partnerships, and new services.
- Ensure that clinical service standards, patient safety, and evidence-based practices are optimally maintained.
- Oversee clinical governance, accreditation, and compliance with national and international standards.
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and medical teams to improve service quality and clinical innovation.
- Lead budgeting processes, financial projections, and achievement of service center performance targets.
- Optimize resource allocation, staff productivity, patient flow, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams of doctors, nurses, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative, integrity-driven, and results-oriented work culture.
- Interact with patients, doctors, insurance partners, vendors, and Group management.
- Keep up with the latest technological developments in ophthalmology and digital healthcare services.Promote the use of advanced diagnostic tools, telemedicine, and AI-based digital solutions.
Requirements:
- General Practitioner (Dr.) with an Ophthalmology Specialist (Sp.M.) (preferred).
- Min Master Degree majoring in Hospital Management, Health Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Min 10 years of experience in a leadership position in eye care or hospital management.
- Experience leading or managing a specialist service center (preferably an Eye Center).
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, patient management, and business development.
- Strategic leadership and strong vision.
- In-depth understanding of clinical services and the quality of eye health care.
- Managerial skills in managing the center's operations and finances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Innovative and adaptive thinking in the digital transformation of healthcare.
- Professional command of Indonesian and English.
- Track record of developing clinical services into a Center of Excellence.
- Strong reputation and network within the medical/ophthalmology community.
- Experienced in building service branding and reaching out to the community.
