Expected activity, deliverables, accountability:
- Work with all departments (R&D, Production, Go-to-Market) to forecast spending required to hit upcoming milestones
- Design, build, and implement systems and SOPs to control actual spending vs. forecasted budget using existing ERP system (SAP Business One)
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce expenditures and minimise variance between actual spending and forecasted budget
- Schedule and prepare content for 4 board meetings per year
- Identify and explore alternative financing strategies and structures for future capex and inventory investments, e.g., using debt instead of equity
Candidate criteria:
- Educational degree in relevant domain, e.g., finance, accounting, economics
- Min. 8 years working experience
- Track record of building teams/systems from scratch or joining early stage companies which scaled to become significantly bigger
- Experience in manufacturing/automotive/FMCG or any other industry which deals with capex/working capital is a major plus but not a hard requirement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
