This role will be responsible for Ensure optimal maintenance, procurement, and readiness of hospital buildings, utilities, and supporting facilities.

Job Description:
- Lead, manage, and supervise the FMS & GA Department and Unit
- Ensure optimal maintenance, procurement, and readiness of hospital buildings, utilities, and supporting facilities
- Oversee budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of FMS & GA financial realization
- Coordinate with internal departments (Medical, Medical Support, Nursing, Marketing, Finance) to support operational needs
- Establish and manage partnerships with vendors, contractors, and outsourcing providers
- Coordinate facility renovation, improvement, and project implementation with the central project team
- Ensure SLA fulfilment and evaluate outsourcing vendors’ performance
- Maintain compliance with safety, service, and operational standards

Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering / Facility Management / Architecture / Related field
- Min 8 – 10 years of experience in facility management, GA, or infrastructure operations
- Experience in healthcare or large-scale facility operations preferred
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
- Budget planning, vendor management C project management expertise
- Able to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
