Head Of Human Resources - Palm Oil Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand and align HR strategies with organizational goals, contributing to long-term success.
- Act as a trusted advisor, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Drive initiatives for succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Lead HR aspects of organizational change, facilitating smooth transitions and maintaining employee morale.
- Oversee the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development programs.
- Oversee the Corporate Affair including Employee relation, Industrial Relation, and General Affair in all companies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Extra points for a Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
- Male/Female, age 48 – 54 years old preferable.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Senior Managerial level or Country Manager level of HC Business Partner and Corporate Affair role with a big scale employees.
- Good understanding of HR regulations and foreign employee regulations, and experience in managing expatriate employee and their formalities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR strategic, employment legislation, and industry trends.
- Strategic thinker with a business mindset with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
