Job Description:
- Responsible for all processes and procedures, carrying out the contract negotiation process, and ensuring maximum performance from vendors or suppliers
- Controlling the purchase budget
- Analyze the situation (not market sales) and delivery process to create the right procurement process
- Development of a procurement system in accordance with established procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Ability to speak fluently, loudly, and hard negotiation
- Inductive reasoning: can combine a lot of information into a conclusion
- Near vision: can see/observe things clearly
- Deductive reasoning: can apply standard rules to all kinds of offers to make standard rules satisfactory for sellers
