Job Description:

  • The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth for the pharmaceutical company.
  • This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, tactics, and initiatives to achieve sales targets and maximize market share in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • The Head of Sales will oversee the sales pipeline, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business expansion and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and engagement.

Requirements:
