Currently they are going to make a Vocational Learning Center that focus on the polymer manufacturing to widen people’s horizon and knowledge about the polymer manufacturing in Indonesia.
Job Description:
- Curriculum development and syllabus design.
- Manage school development plan and implementation, including administrative tasks related to new school development.
- Lead effective and efficient functioning of the vocational learning centre.
- Establish and maintain good relationships within internal organization, management, and third parties.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in vocational education and professional training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in education or vocational learning would be an advantage.
- Should have minimum 3 years of professional work experiences as head of Vocational School.
- Have experiences in new school development.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Have strong analytical ability, attention to details, with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Willing to commute and relocate as required.
