Job Description:
- Develop curriculum and design syllabus aligned with vocational education standards.
- Manage school development planning and implementation, including administrative tasks related to non-formal education programs.
- Lead the daily operations to ensure effective and efficient functioning of the vocational learning center.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, management, and third-party partners.
- Monitor industry trends to improve vocational and professional training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; major in engineering education or vocational learning is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as Head of Vocational School.
- Proven experience in non-formal education development and establishment.
- Strong leadership, management, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to commute or relocate as required.
