Job Description :
- Translate consumer behaviours across vehicle segments to in-vehicle interactions
- Translate consumer needs, business strategies and technological enablers into vehicle experiences
- Evolve in-vehicle interactions and highly interactive component designs from concepts through development then to production
- Manage diverse collaborative teams of Engineers, Marketers, Designers, Regulatory,
- Marketing, User Experience and Program Management individuals throughout the design to delivery process
- Develop the HMI design in automotive SW development process (Requirement engineering, Change management, Documentation)
- Design creative visual and interactive solutions for automotive systems
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Automotive Systems Design, Human
- Machine Interface, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, or Business
- Master’s Degree in Industrial Design or HMI Design is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in user interface or user interaction design
- Usability Testing experience
- Concept Validation experience
- Proficient with Visio, C / C++, Java, and current method analysis like SysML/UML
