Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market and multi-channel distribution strategies to maximize sales coverage, efficiency, and customer reach.
- Orchestrate sales channel performance, analytics, and productivity management to ensure achievement of business and revenue targets.
- Lead channel enablement initiatives, including capability development, digital tools adoption, and process standardization to enhance execution excellence.
- Formulate incentive governance, rollout optimization, and performance evaluation to ensure fairness, motivation, and alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure the delivery of consistent messaging, seamless customer journeys, and aligned business growth initiatives, fostering cross-functional synergy to optimize customer value realization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (required); Master’s degree or strategic leadership education (preferred).
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, channel management, or go-to-market strategy, with proven success in driving performance and partner engagement.
- Certifications in Sales Leadership, Channel Management, or Marketing (e.g., ISMM, AMA, or similar) are preferred.
