HR Manager - Automotive

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. 
  • Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. 
  • Manage employee relations issues, provide guidance to supervisors and employees, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 
  • Develop and administer performance management systems, including performance evaluations, goal-setting, and employee development plans. 
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. 
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation of employee information, including contracts, personnel files, and disciplinary actions.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry. 
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. 
  • Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition processes. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management and employee development. 
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits programs. 
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
