HR Manager - Automotive
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Manage employee relations issues, provide guidance to supervisors and employees, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and administer performance management systems, including performance evaluations, goal-setting, and employee development plans.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation of employee information, including contracts, personnel files, and disciplinary actions.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in performance management and employee development.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits programs.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
