HR Manager - Based in Semarang
Job Role
Within the context of Group and Plant direction, to provide the managerial leadership to the P&C Team to enable them to equip Plant managers with the technologies, tools and expertise needed to become competent “P&C” with their employees, including creating a secure and balanced working and living environment that reflects the Group’s core values, is compliant with customer, country and Group employment requirements, and that will enable the Plant to attract and engage the talent needed to achieve the Plant’s performance goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performance management of all the Factory Employees
- Conduct a Job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward him accordingly
- Management of salaries and wages for the employees
- Safety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
- Negotiations with the job union to arrive at a consensus and frame a draft agreement
- Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly
- Give Training and Development to the employees
- Ensure Safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
- IR Relations-Compliance Needs are monitored on a monthly basis and need to be taken corrective actions based on the monthly Report. This also needs to be consulted with the Factory manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 10+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
