IT Assistant Manager - General Outsourcing
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with General Outsourcing Company, who are looking for talent for their IT Assistant Manager This position will be reporting to Manager and will be responsible for ensure efficient IT operations, security, and infrastructure management. Responsibilities include maintaining networks, servers, and databases, implementing security measures, troubleshooting IT issues, and supporting internal users. The role also involves evaluating new technologies, managing IT assets, and optimizing IT infrastructure to meet business needs.

Job Description:
- Ensure optimal IT system operations (network, server, database, cloud).
- Help design, implement, and maintain technology solutions according to company needs.
- Monitor IT security (firewall, antivirus, data encryption) and mitigate cyber attack risks.
- Coordinate IT teams for hardware/software troubleshooting and provide support to internal users.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements.
- Create IT system usage guides for employees.
- Manage software licenses, IT inventory, and technology budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Information Technology
- Min 3-5 years experience in the same field
- Experience in software as a service development
- Ability in system security planning and remote management
- Mastering programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C++, PHP etc. according to needs
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, for Web or Application development such as Android Developer/React Native And Tools, UI/UX Development
- Mastering Design Thinking and Sprint & Scrum development models
- Preferred to have networking management certification (CCNA/CCNP/CCDP)
- Has database management and cloud services management skills
- Understanding of cybersecurity and IT risk management.
