Job Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure building and grounds maintenance, utilities, operates and maintains custodial functions including asset management and management reporting.
- Responsible for MRO activity, mechanical, electrical, machinery, facility cleaning of production area, spare part turnover, project or installation of infrastructure.
- Oversees and supervises the quality of work of the team to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
- Manages and reviews service contracts, project accomplishments.
- Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
- Coordinate with the external department for GA activities i.e. maintenance service, car service, or any related.
- Manage the overall general affair of the plant and ensure that activities are executed properly as planned.
- Involving in safety, environmental and health concerns include report and compliance.
- Handle common areas, such as shuttle bus provide, car-park, canteen, lighting system, waste disposal etc.

Academic & Experience Requirements:

- Willing to stay in Semarang area
