Legal Manager (Jakarta Based) - Food & Beverage
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Agency based in Jakarta, currently working with Food & Beverage Company, who are looking for talent for their Legal Manager This position will be reporting to CFO and will be responsible for oversee corporate legal affairs, ensure compliance, and manage legal risks. This role includes contract review, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, dispute resolution, and legal team management. The candidate will also support investment and financing activities while ensuring adherence to labor laws, food safety regulations, and intellectual property laws.

Job Description:
- Provide legal support for the company's daily operations, review contracts, ensure that contract terms are in line with the company's interests, minimize risks and ensure compliance.
- Study local laws and regulations, and provide compliance guidance for the company's operations; ensure that the company complies with the laws and regulations of various regions, including labor laws, food safety laws, intellectual property laws, etc.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks in the company's operations and historical contracts, and propose effective risk management strategies
- Represent the company in handling all legal disputes, including disputes with customers, suppliers, employees, governments and other relevant parties.
- Manage the legal team to ensure the efficient operation of the team and provide timely and accurate legal services to the company's business departments.
- Support the company's investment and financing work, including the review and management of investment and financing documents, etc.
- Other daily legal work and other work assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Bachelor of law or above, with a lawyer qualification certificate preferred
- Have high English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and use English as a working language
- More than 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a management position in the corporate legal department. Those with relevant work or catering industry experience in Indonesia are preferred
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent legal analysis and problem-solving skills, and be able to cope with complex and changing legal challenges
- Good cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to work efficiently in a diversified environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and writing skills, and be able to clearly express complex legal views.
