Job Description:

Monitoring, regulating, maintaining, and ensuring that all licenses, certificates, and licenses of the Group Companies are effective and valid and that the Group Companies are operating in compliance, mainly in catering industry and chain stores
Monitoring and completion of license renewals/applications, including coordinating with related authorities
Drafting, reviewing and managing legal documents in accordance with the interests and policies of Group Companies
Providing sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues (including internal wrongdoings, claims, disputes, legal actions, and court proceedings).
Establishing, reviewing, and updating internal policies, rules, or regulations related to legal and compliance matters.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field (Possess Peradi License will be advantageous)
Excellent in both written and verbal English language
Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing the Group Companies' industry (catering industry, chain stores)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Having critical & analytical thinking and problem-solving skill.
