Logistic Supervisor
Talent Hunts Indonesia is an Executive Search Company that is operating in Jakarta, Indonesia is currently working on behalf of a Multinational Direct Selling Company who is looking for a LOgistic Supervisor professional. This position will be reporting directly to the Country Branch Manager and will be managing some numbers of subordinates.
The main roles of this position are to manage the entire logistic operations of the company and heavily manage the export-import of the company products
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the daily operations are running in accordance with the SOP
- Responsible in both product development and the QA/QC processes
- Responsible to make comprehensive analysis in the form of reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Direct responsibility in conducting stock opname and inventory checking
- Implement sales and marketing analysis in the form of practical implementations
- In charge of leading the existing logistic team
- Comply and implement the efficient Import & Export policies within the company and the goverment procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Min. 5 years of experience as logistic professional (preferably in the same industry)
- Professional English proficiency is a must
- Professional Korean proficiency is a huge advantage
- Comprehensive understanding in supply chain management is a must
- Strong understanding in Import and Export processes is a must
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must
- The ability to work in a high dynamic working environmental is crucial
