Maintenance Supervisor (Karawang Based) - Chemical Manufacturing

This role will be responsible for oversee and ensure the reliability of our plant equipment, utilities, and facilities. This role requires strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, with the ability to lead a team and implement best maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will be proactive in troubleshooting, planning, and executing maintenance activities to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Description:
- Oversee P&ID, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance to ensure operational integrity.
- Manage rotating equipment, static equipment, and utilities equipment maintenance.
- Supervise facility and building maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
- Implement and manage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS/SAP PM).
- Develop and execute maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
- Drive reliability maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and develop corrective action plans.
- Supervise and guide maintenance teams, making fast and precise decisions when required.
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience in maintenance and reliability improvement.
- Willing to be based in Karawang.
- Proficient in dismantling and assembling rotating and static equipment.
- Skilled in welding for modification and repair jobs.
- Hands-on experience with GLR applications.
- Strong background in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, including DCS and SAP implementation.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and headquarters.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and suggest improvements.
- Experienced in implementing CMMS and maintenance best practices.
- Knowledgeable in preparing and maintaining technical documentation (Google Workspace, SOPs, reports).
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead teams and ensure compliance with safety standards.
