A career in Transaction Services Advisory, particularly within Financial Due Diligence, will provide the opportunity to help organizations maximize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets. In this role, you will support leading companies in originating, executing, and realizing value from complex transactions. Through data-driven insights, you will help clients validate financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions to ensure maximum value creation.
Our team advises organizations with both buy-side and sell-side due diligence. You will be directly involved in analyzing financial statements, identifying risks, and providing actionable recommendations that bring confidence and clarity to decision-makers.
As a Manager, you will work closely with directors, partners, and cross-functional teams, leading engagements and helping to resolve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role requires strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership skills to guide clients through challenging transactions.

Job Description:
- Advise state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, and local companies on financial due diligence assignments.
- Manage and execute complex projects including financial statement analysis, buy-side and vendor due diligence, closing reviews, financial modeling assumption reviews, and sales purchase agreement reviews.
- Prepare high-quality due diligence reports for clients, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Liaise effectively with clients, target companies, and other stakeholders throughout the engagement.
- Support business development efforts by identifying and converting opportunities to grow the advisory practice.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members while maintaining high delivery standards.
- Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards in all engagements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.00/4.00).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, auditing, accounting, equity research, or M&A roles.
- Prior experience in a Big Four or top-tier consulting/accounting firm is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting concepts, financial due diligence, auditing, and financial statement analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, analyze complex ideas, and provide meaningful recommendations.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of wider business issues.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (English proficiency required).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
