Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote outsourcing and manpower services to targeted markets.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Prepare, analyze, and present cooperation proposals and business contracts to prospective clients.
- Manage and coordinate marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize various marketing channels (B2B, B2C, and digital platforms) to maximize outreach and brand visibility.
- Monitor marketing budget, assess campaign performance, and provide analytical reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand business connections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in outsourcing or manpower services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in preparing and analyzing cooperation proposals and business calculations.
- Analytical and forward-thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies and familiarity with multiple digital marketing channels.
