Job Description:
- Maintain and support Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments.
- Execute regular system updates, patch management, and health checks using tools like SCCM or Microsoft Intune.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 technical incidents related to system and user issues.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure security compliance across systems, maintaining accurate documentation and technical reports.
- Work collaboratively with IT teams to improve service delivery, performance, and reliability.
Requirements:
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic Azure services.
- Familiar with SCCM, Intune, and other Microsoft management tools.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and IT automation techniques.
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective in documentation and technical communication, both written and verbal.
