Mining Equipment Sales Manager - Asia Coverage
Responsibilities:
Market Review
- Identify the existing market, the current level of activity, and sales potentials in the area.
- Identify the current equipment and suppliers and establish plans to recapture this market.
Sales Network
To establish a sales network throughout Asia, including Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand, Brunei, Philippines and India..
Sales Process
- Continuously seek sales opportunities through establishing a network of relationships within the Mining market in Asia
- Build strong relationships with current and potential customers both end-users and engineering design firms.
- Present Equipment to Customers through the use of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Draft Quotations to Customers, submit the quotations, and follow up with the client for feedback.
- Forecast sales, prospect new sales opportunities, and conduct adequate market research to determine the potential for new business.
- Negotiate a selling price to the customer, complete with payment terms, that are acceptable to the Company.
- Follow up on initial equipment delivery or installations and build customer satisfaction, repeat orders, and referrals and when required, assist in the resolution of customers' problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in the Mining Industry
- Excellent English professional proficiency is a MUST
- Excellent network in the Mining Industry
- Strong interpersonal skill and target-oriented
- Willing to travel/mobile to visit Clients (ASIA Region)
