Job Descriptions
- Own the development of mobile apps on both Android and iOS
- Design and code major features
- Lead a team of mobile developers in a fast-paced, iterative process
- Work closely with marketing and operations to deeply understand the business needs
- Recruit, hire, and manage talented engineers
Job Requirements
- Experience in mobile development, especially Android must be more than 5 years.
- Involved in at least developing 3 mobile applications, and it's better that the involvement is not just maintaining application but developing major functionalities.
- Strong knowledge of native Android development, native iOS is a plus.
- Having a good communication skill, especially in teaching/guiding technical stuff
- Having a leadership experience is expected, and in term of leading it should be in defining how an application should be built, instead of monitoring the work of junior developers
- Eager to explore/learn new things.
- Would be good if the candidate is actively involved in the developer community (not just as silent reader) such as sharing, active in technical discussion, or involve in open source project.
